Before you call, you will need know the following information:-

1. Your phones 15 digit imei number, you can find this by typing *#06# on your handset, or by looking on the back of your phone under the battery.
   
   
2. The Network that your phone is currently locked to. (For example Orange, o2, 3, Tesco etc)

You will be given 2 codes, simply, insert an incorrect sim into your phone & enter the codes... Your phone is now unlocked!!
