This service currently supports Emblaze Touch 7 and Lobster 544 models. At this time we cannot verify if it works on any other models.

Before you call, you will need know the following information:-

1. Your phones 15 digit imei number, you can find this by typing *#06# on your handset, or by looking on the back of your phone under the battery.
   
2. Your 4 digit phone type (6310, 3510, 6230i…etc)
   
3. The Network that your phone is currently locked to. (For example Orange, o2, 3, Tesco etc)

You will be given 2 codes, simply, insert an incorrect sim into your phone & enter the codes... Your phone is now unlocked!!
